<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient operation of an RMT1 in a container yard 15, by being realized by a structure and a facility for reducing failure and having high maintainability, by flexibly moving between lanes of the RMT1 (a rail mount type portal crane) in a short time.
