<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for games, which enables the impartial rescuing of players at any game parlor where they play regardless of cash exchange rates per game parlor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for games (card unit 8) carries out a dispensing processing of game media using values for game while detecting the specified game state (jackpot) based on information from a game machine 4. The device includes a cash exchange rate information memory means (CPU 30) for storing information on cash exchange rates that enable the specification of the cash exchange rates of the game media, a prescribed frequency-of-execution determination means (CPU) which determines that the game involved is executed up to the prescribed frequency after prescribed requirements for starting counting are established and an addition means (CPU) which carries out a processing for adding a prescribed degree of values for game when the game involved is executed up to the prescribed frequency. The dispensing processing of game media is carried out at the first level of unit rate before the game is executed up to the prescribed frequency and then; and the dispensing processing of game media is carried out at the second level lower than the first level according to the cash exchange rate information after the game is executed up to the prescribed frequency without the start of the specified game state.
