PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal part structure capable of preventing cracks and crush from occurring in a concrete structure by suppressing the amount of a seal material at the corners of the concrete structure by a simple structure and also provide the concrete structure. SOLUTION: This seal part structure comprises a seal groove 3 formed in the side surface (inter segment joint 1a and inter ring joint 1b) of a segment 1 having the corners 1c and the seal material 2 disposed in the seal groove 3.
