THE ELISA KIT FOR DETECTING LINCOMYCIN

A ELISA kit for detecting lincomycin comprises coating source and enzyme label. The described coating source is selected from the group consisting of the conjugate of lincomycin semiantigen and carrier protein, lincomycin specific antibody and lincomycin antiantibody. When the coating source is the conjugate of the lincomycin semiantigen and carrier protein, the described enzyme label is enzyme-labelled antiantibody; when the described coating source is lincomycin antibody, the described enzyme label is enzyme-labelled lincomycin conjugated antigen; and when the described coating source is lincomycin antiantibody, the described enzyme label is enzyme-labelled lincomycin conjugated antigen. The lincomycin semiantigen is acquired through the condensation reaction of lincomycin with succinic anhydride. The described kit can be used to detect the residual quantity of lincomycin in the samples of animal tissues (muscle, liver), honey, etc.
