The device has a slider (4) lying on a drum (1), and sliders (5-7) arranged in a position of a cover (2). The slider (4) is not in contact with the cover during rotation of the drum, and is attached to a positive terminal. The sliders (5-7) are attached to a negative terminal, and are connected with a board. A LED is attached to the sliders, and an incandescent lamp (9) i.e. electric bulb, is arranged on the board. The drum consists of brass, and the sliders consist of a copper sheet. A resistor is arranged between the sliders and the incandescent lamp.
