PURPOSE: A regeneration method and a reproducer of the vacuum pump oil are provided, which can maintain viscosity and color required to vacuum pump regeneration oil. CONSTITUTION: A regeneration method of vacuum pump oil is as follows. The waste oil is collected(S200). The activated coal powder is prepared(S230). The collected waste oil and the activated coal powder are mixed(S240). The stirring temperature of the mixture of the waste oil and activated coal powder is increased to the fixed temperature. The mixture of the waste oil and activated coal powder is agitated for a certain time(S250). The temperature of a mixture is dropped to the fixed temperature(S260). The mixture of which the temperature is descended is filtered through the filter.
