The invention relates to devices for generating cavitation-induced hydraulic impact impulse vibrations during grinding, mixing and homogenisation in the chemical, oil and mining industries. The aim of the invention is to intensify the process by increasing a hydraulic impact power and a cavitation effect time. The aim is achieved owing to that the inventive disperser comprises a hollow body (5) with an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) branch pipes, a stator (8) and a rotor (4) with holes which can be superimposed on each other or overlap each other, to that the inlet branch pipe (11) is tangentially connected to the body (5), a bladed vacuuming nozzle (2) is arranged coaxially to a drive shaft (1) in such a way that it is reciprocatingly movable and makes it possible to adjust the gap between the nozzle and the rotor (4), to that an annular magnet (14) is mounted on the rotor surface on the side of the stator and to that a resonant chamber (13) is placed in the openings of the stator before the enlargement thereof, wherein the dimensions of the resonant chamber with respect to the stator opening are expressed according to the relationship (I), where, dk is the vacuuming chamber diameter, dc is the diameter of the stator opening, and lk is the length of the vacuuming chamber.
