摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording material capable of obtaining a colored image by causing reaction of dye precursors and electron-accepting color developers with each other by heating with a thermal head, which has an excellent ink ribbon thermal transfer receiving property and achieving multi-color development as well. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal recording material has a thermal recording layer and a protection layer mounted in series on the support body, wherein the thermal recording layer contains normally colorless or light-colored electron donative dye precursors and electron accepting compounds developing color of the dye precursors by reaction caused when being heated. At least either one of hollow resin particles, bowl-shaped resin particles and hollow resin particles having through-bores therein is included in the thermal recording layer, in addition, two or more precursors developing colors in different tones from each other are included as the dye precursors, and at least one precursor is present as particles having a coloring adjustment layer on the surface thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
