摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hysteresis to occur in the control characteristics of a servo motor. <P>SOLUTION: The servo regulator 20, wherein a servo piston 30 is moved from a neutral position in both axial directions, includes a cylindrical spring guide 80 slidably supported coaxially with first and second control spools 40, 50, and a feedback spring 44 previously compressed and mounted in the spring guide 80 and held between the first and second control spools 40, 50, first and second back springs 48, 58 for energizing the first and second control spools 40, 50 to push each other, and a feedback link 90 for transmitting the movement of the servo piston 30 to the spring guide 80.
