PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a salesperson to recognize that a credit card used by a customer is a target of a campaign or an information service, even if the salesperson does not have enough knowledge about the credit card and to promote utilization of the credit card by notifying that the customer is a credit card owner about the campaign or the information service.

SOLUTION: A credit account settlement terminal device includes: a settlement transmitting/receiving section 201 which transmits information of a credit card and a trade to a credit settlement processing system 110 and receives the for and against of a payment; a campaign information receiving section 202 which receives information about the campaign regularly or irregularly; an information input section 203 which reads identification information of the credit card and to which various information of the trade is input; and a determination display section 204 which determines and displays whether the identification information of the credit card input under a condition of application to the campaign downloaded in advance and the information of the trade match, wherein the campaign information receiving section 202 may download information from a campaign management system 140 and may store it in a database 205.
