<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a QOL information providing system which can quickly and surely provide optimum QOL information to patients and health professionals for improvement of the QOL when it is necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The QOL information providing system is constructed by setting in a plurality of companies having the QOL information means for providing the QOL information through a network to a supporting company, and in the supporting company a means for acquiring the QOL information provided through the network by a plurality of the companies, for selecting and categorizing the QOL information to become the optimum information to the respective patients and health professionals, and for providing through the network to medical institutions, and in the medical institutions a means for viewing the selected and categorized QOL information through an in-house terminal monitor for the patients and health professionals within the medical institutions.
