PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution injection device with a structure capable of easily setting injection control data and preventing the execution of medical solution injection based on inappropriate injection control data.

SOLUTION: When an automatic setting request of the injection control data is input in a request input section 422 of the medical solution injection device 400, subject management data are acquired from RIS 100. An injection setting section 424 generates injection control data based on the subject management data and set them to an injection control section 421. The injection control data appropriate for the injection subject are set to the medical solution injection device 400 without executing a complicated input operation by a worker. The injection control data appropriate for the injection subject are thus set to the medical solution injection device 400 without executing the complicated input operation by the worker.
