<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition which is excellent in coating properties and development properties (developer dissolvability of a non-cured portion) in photolithography, and to provide a coated material which is formed by applying the composition onto the surface of a carrier to form a coating film and irradiating the film with an active energy beam for curing. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises: a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A) which is produced from a polyol component (a) comprising a specific polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) 40 mol% or more of the molecule terminal of which is a group containing a primary OH, and an isocyanate component (b), and which has one or two or more active energy beam polymerization groups (c) in the molecule; and an active energy beam polymerization initiator (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
