摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure strength and surface impact resistance of a resin injection-molded article by suppressing bending fracture of a reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin (pellet) R is charged into a twin screw extruder 1C and kneaded and melted, and a granular solid material A of which the aspect ratio is set to be 1-5 and the average particle size is set to be 10μm or less of 0.5-5 wt.% is added and charged and uniformly mixed therewith. A roving F1-a is introduced into the twin screw extruder 1C and is cut and unraveled in the kneading process of the thermoplastic resin R and the granular solid material A, and subsequently the thermoplastic resin with the granular solid material A and the reinforcing fiber mixed thereinto is extruded into an injection molding machine 15C, and is injected into a mold 23 by the injection molding machine 15C so as to form the resin injection-molded article.
