<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful for diagnosing a disease accompanying ageing and blood vessel disorder such as aged macular degeneration or the like, a kit using it and a test method of the disease accompanying ageing and blood vessel disorder such as aged macular degeneration or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting the disease accompanying ageing and blood vessel disorder such as aged macular degeneration or the like contains the measurement of one of or a plurality of polypeptides containing amino acid sequences expressed by the sequential number 1-21 in the biosample originating from an examinee, the variants of them or the fragments of them. The composition for diagnosing the disease accompanying ageing and blood vessel disorder such as aged macular degeneration or the like and the kit using it are also disclosed.
