<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a rubber composition with dispersed inorganic filler to obtain the rubber composition in which the inorganic filler is dispersed preferably with providing high productivity, saving facility, and saving energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this production method of the rubber composition with the dispersed inorganic filler, a series of processes of supplying rubber aqueous dispersions and the inorganic filler to an extruder, co-coagulating the rubber in the rubber aqueous dispersion and the inorganic filler, dewatering the obtained co-coagulating object, and drying the object is performed in the extruder.
