<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the installation height of a trunk board while preventing the effective utilization space of a rear luggage compartment from being narrowed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This luggage compartment structure of a vehicle includes: a rear floor panel 9 forming the bottom part of a vehicle body behind a cabin; a rear side frame 21 joined to the lower face of the rear floor panel 9 and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; and the trunk board 20 installed to cover the upper face of the rear floor panel 21 to constitute the bottom face of a luggage compartment. A guide mechanism 27 for supporting the trunk board 20 liftably is disposed below the rear floor panel 9, and the moving locus of the trunk board 20 is regulated by the guide mechanism 27 when the trunk board 20 is liftingly displaced between an upper position and a lower position.
