<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated film containing a cellulose ester and a cyclic olefin based resin having a desired property without depending on compatibility between polymers and without performing a bonding process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transparent laminated film comprises two or more layers formed by a co-casting method, and has a haze of 5% or below. At least one layer in the outermost layer is formed of cellulose ester, and at least one layer other than the outermost layer is a layer comprising the cyclic olefin based resin.
