<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a granulation quality of powders and granulate the powders with good productivity in granulating the powders. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method is characterized in that when the powders are granulated using a granulation apparatus having a powder-circulating part circulating the powders, a deposition height of the powders collected by a collecting part collecting the powders during granulation is measured in the powder-circulating part, and a repose angle of the powders is calculated based on the measured deposition height of the powders to control the granulation by the granulation apparatus based on the calculated repose angle of the powders.
