PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a case where each terminal may be occasionally released from a power saving state by any partner other than a desired partner, where the power saving state of each terminal can not be recognized, where data can not be received while a certain terminal powers off its receiver and, in particular, where it is impossible to respond to a packet of IP address confirmation, an IP address may be overlapped and normal communication is damaged. SOLUTION: A terminal, that starts a communication of a power saving function, changes a key of a secret mode together with a communication partner and performs the power saving communication.
