PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit floor member being connectable with all the adjacent unit floor members even if the unit floor member is arranged in any direction. SOLUTION: This unit floor member is provided with a body part having a substantially square shape when viewed from above, male fitting parts protruding downward in the direction of thickness from a rear surface of the body part along four sides of the body part, and female fitting parts being fitted into the male fitting parts by receiving them in the direction of thickness of the body part. At least a pair of male fitting parts and a pair of female fitting parts are opposingly provided at either of symmetrical positions and the other of them by using central lines of each side as symmetrical axes, respectively, are provided on each side of the body part.
