PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring a lens frame shape capable of easily controlling grasping force irrespective of a shape or the like of a lens frame and holding the lens frame in a stable state. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a pressing claw 46 (holding rod pressing member) coming into contact with one of a pair of holding claws 43 and 44 so that it can come closer to or farther away from the holding claw, a pressing mechanism O (pressing means) for pressing the pressing claw 46 against the holding claw 44, and a pressure sensor (pressing force detecting means) P for detecting pressing force of the pressing claw 46 by the pressurizing mechanism O.
