PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force switching device and a working vehicle having the same, capable of changing a switching time for switching driving of a hydraulic pump by an electric motor and driving of a hydraulic pump by an engine in a switching system, in response to the work content and a liking of a worker. SOLUTION: This driving force switching device has a working machine 6 driven by the first hydraulic pump 22 driven by the electric motor 23 or the second hydraulic pump 25 driven by the engine 24, and has a control means 21 for controlling operation of the first hydraulic pump 22 by the electric motor 23 and operation of the second hydraulic pump 25 by the engine 24 in a switching system by a switching signal when operating an operation part 14 of the working machine 6. The control means 21 has a timer 29 for counting an operation time from an operation start by the operation part 14, a comparing means 29a for outputting the switching signal when reaching the switching time set by the timer 29, and a switching time setting means 30 for setting and changing the switching time of the timer 29.
