<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function capable of dynamically controlling the train control range to be executed by interlocking logical units, and safely executing the exclusive control of an object to be controlled and information while ensuring the redundancy and the reliability of the entire interlocking device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the interlocking device in which a plurality of interlocking logical units and a plurality of control terminal devices are connected to each other via a network, and one control terminal device is connected to a plurality of ground apparatuses, the function of executing a plurality of interlocking logical programs of the interlocking logical units and the connection between the interlocking logical units and the plurality of control terminal devices are constituted of the network, and an optional interlocking logical unit is capable of controlling one or a plurality of optional control terminal devices.
