An apparatus that enables a precise pattern of organic materials to be deposited onto a substrate. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a shadow mask, a mask frame, a supporting member and a fastening member. The shadow mask has pattern holes through which the material can be deposited on the substrate. The mask frame is configured to accommodate the shadow mask. The supporting member is configured to support the shadow mask, and the fastening member is configured to fasten the supporting member to the mask frame.
