The cannula (K) has a tubular body (1), a tip (2) arranged at an end of the tubular body, and a fixing element (3) for the fixing of the cannula at a tip. The fixing element is arranged at another end of the tubular body. An outer upper surface of the tubular body of the cannula is coated by a nanocoating. The nanocoating of the outer upper surface of the tubular body is made of a coating material on the basis of hyaluronan.
