Balancing elements (2) are divided at the directions, where each balancing element has a longitudinal rod (21) at ends (22). The retaining elements have a horizontal slot (B1) in which one of the balancing elements is slidingly accommodated parallel to a press plate (1), so that the plate is pressed at each place of its press surface and moved up and down uniformly and vertically to release a contact switch (3).
