PURPOSE: A heating apparatus using a carbon heater and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a noise during heating by not using a circulation pump. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus comprises an insulation panel, a plurality of carbon heating elements which are applied on the rear side of the insulation panel in whole, a plurality of thin film wires which are arranged on the end of the carbon heating elements, a thin film heating element panel(A) which is laminated on the rear side of the insulation panel, and a heat dissipation layer which is formed as a finishing material on the heating element panel. |
