PURPOSE: An anti-static polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to prevent a scratch or a scrape generated from a contact due to an external impact by using a polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION: In an anti-static polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device using the same, a polarizing plate is composed of a polarizer(114), a first polarizer protection film(113), and a second polarizer protection film(115). The first polarizer protection films protect the polarizer, and the second polarizer protection films include a decompression adhesive layer attached to the liquid crystal cell. An antistatic property hard-coating layer(112) and a surface protection film(111) are laminated on the first polarizer protection films. The antistatic property decompression adhesive layer(116) and a separator film(117) are laminated on the second polarizer protection films.
