PURPOSE: A shift register is provided to supply a real image and a black image to a pixel successively by driving the pixel at each period in which a real image is displayed or a black image is displayed. CONSTITUTION: In a shift register, a circuit part(SiA) outputs an output pulse(VgkA) through an output terminal(a). A B-circuit part(SiB) outputs a B-output pulse(VgkB) through a B-output terminal(b). A multi-stage includes a C-output terminal which supplies the A-output pulse and the B-output pulse to a gate line successively. An A-output terminal of an each stage is set by the A-output pulse from an end stage, and is rest by the A-output pulse of the end stage.
