<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electron emitting element which has less organic residues in a calcination process, while the number of process is reduced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the electron emitting element includes a process in which the coated face of a substrate on which at least one an electron emitting material-contained coated film, an insulating material-contained coated film, or a conductive material-contained coated film is formed is pasted on a cathode electrode substrate, and laser is radiated from the opposite face to the pasted face of the substrate, and the coated film is transferred on the cathode electrode substrate from the substrate to form at least one electron emitting source, an insulating layer, or a gate electrode patterned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
