PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an electronic file is stored in a folder which is thought to be at least intelligible, however, it is not necessarily a classification method with high convenience when the folder is used. SOLUTION: A related file estimation device records sets of files accessed in the same period by the same user as simultaneous access file groups by referring to file operation information. Then, simultaneous access frequencies as the number of access file groups consisting of sets of the same files are counted among the simultaneous access file groups, and the simultaneous access file groups whose simultaneous access frequencies exceed a predetermined threshold are registered as related file sets. This information presentation device detects selection of files by a user, extracts the related file sets including the selected files among the plurality of already generated related file sets, and displays a list of the extracted related file sets.
