PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation-vibration damping composite device of a crane, superior in initial coping when a big earthquake occurs, superior even in coping with a long period earthquake, and can efficiently reduce large external force acting on the crane when the big earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: A horizontal directional displacement absorbing device 17 for base isolation is arranged in a leg part 5 as a support leg part of a container crane 3, and a vibration damping master damper device 30 is arranged in an upper part of the container crane 3.
