PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide lamp switching-on fixture and a guide lamp that maintains a constant luminance of a display surface for a lifetime in a normal condition. SOLUTION: The guide lamp switching-on fixture 1 includes: a controlling means 9 which controls a normal-use switching-on circuit 4 so that a forward current flowing in a light-emitting diode 6 in accordance with an accumulated lighting time which is measured by a measuring means 8 is increased and a light output of the light emitting diode 6 can be constant in a normal condition and which connects a battery 3 with an emergency switching-on circuit 5 so that the light-emitting diode 6 can be switched on by a power supply from the battery 3 in case of a power failure; and a notification means 10 for notifying abnormal conditions of the light-emitting diode 6.
