<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely execute a design rule check with a circuit pattern which CAD data represents. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A PCBCAD system includes a database 10 in which a CAD data representing information of a circuit pattern of a printed wiring board and a first design reference data for the CAD data are stored, a check region generating part 21 which generates at least a part of the region of the circuit pattern, an intermediate file reading part 22 which reads an intermediate file 12 in which a second design reference data different from the first design reference data is set, a design reference data editing part 23 which edits the first design reference data based on the second design reference data, and a DRC check part 26 which determines whether a corresponding circuit pattern in the region meets the edited design reference of the first design reference data or not.
