摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrahigh-purity aluminum high pressure-rolled material having a working ratio of >40% and having sufficient surface hardness by subjecting an ultrahigh-purity aluminum ingot material having a purity of ≥99.9999% to hot rolling treatment, and subjecting the hot rolled material to cold rolling treatment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The production method is characterized in that the above hot rolled material is repeatedly subjected to cold rolling treatment where one pass rolling ratio is >30 to <40% and working temperature is 110 to <260°C at the treatment intervals of ≤3 hr. The obtained high-purity aluminum rolled material is subjected to annealing treatment so as to be held at 400 to 600°C for ≥1 hr, thus the highly electric conductive and highly thermal conductive ultrahigh-purity aluminum material can be produced.
