<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can prevent an erroneous start of the processing for power failure from being made by noises. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a detection means 104 for outputting a power failure signal when the power failure is detected, a reception means 204 for the reception of the power failure signal outputted from the detection means 104 and a determination means 202 which determines the occurrence of the power failure from the reception of the power failure signal by the reception means 204 when received the power failure signal continuously for a prescribed period of time or exceeding it.
