<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic transfer sheet which has excellent glossiness and toner fixing properties and is improved in scratch resistance on a printing surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic transfer sheet is provided with at least one or more layers of application layer on a paper support and has glossiness of ≥40% which is measured by 75-degree glossiness according to Japanese Industrial Standard Z8741. In this case, cross linked acrylic resin particle with an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 2 part by mass to all pigment 100 parts by mass in the applied layers is added to the electrophotographic transfer sheet. More preferably, cross linked acrylic resin particles with the average particle diameter which is 0.5 to 2 times the layer thickness is contained in the electrophotographic transfer paper.
