<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel blood sugar meter capable of rapidly warning the forgetting of the admistration procedure of insulin or the like to a plurality of patients to again rapidly execute the administration procedure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The input and output control part in the blood sugar meter monitors an internal patient table at every sec. When the record of a patient to which insulin is not administered is found out after the blood sugar level of the patient is measured, a buzzer is pressed in order to show a state that blood sugar level measuring work or the like is not performed to display a warning screen.
