<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fasciated conjugate yarn of a filament and a staple fiber which has good processability at post processing and good product appearance quality while maintaining the characteristics of a fasciated spun yarn even if the content of filament yarns is high by improving the prevention of displacement of the filament yarn and the staple fiber yarn by a fasciated spinning method, especially the fasciated conjugate yarn of the filament and the staple fiber, suitable for fine count, and to provide a fabric using the fasciated conjugate yarn. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fasciated conjugate yarn of the filament and the staple fiber in a three-layer structure is constituted by surrounding the periphery of a core yarn 1 formed of the filament yarn with a sheath yarn formed of staple fiber yarn in parallel into a cylindrical shape, and coiling the staple fiber yarn around the outer layer to form a fasciated part, wherein the filament yarn of the core yarn occupies 50-80 wt.% of the whole, and has substantially no twist.
