<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly obtain the influence when a power supply apparatus involving in a communication device stops in a stop work plan or in a failure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When communication device information Ecf in advance defining connection relation, line information Cf and power supply unit information Epf are transmitted from a terminal device 10 of maintenance position to a center server 11, the center server 11 causes databases 28-32 to store the information, links a power supply configuration in high-order and low-order to form a hierarchy based on the stored information, and causes a database 30 to store the hierarchical power supply configuration. When the information about stop of the power supply unit Ep is transmitted from the terminal device 10 of maintenance position to the center server 11, the center server 11 determines the power supply unit Ep to be stopped based on the stop information, a lower-order power supply unit Ep influenced by the power supply unit Ep, a communication facility Ec relating to the power supply units Ep and a line C, and transmits results of determination of the influence to the terminal device 10 of maintenance position to display the transmitted results.
