<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device for performing ventilation of constant air volume, and being easily maintained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this ventilation device for exhausting the indoor air sucked from one or more suction openings 4 outdoors from one exhaust opening 3, the suction openings 4 and the exhaust opening 3 are formed on peripheral side faces of a rectangular parallelopiped body housing 2, a top plate 9 of the body housing 2 is made mountable and demountable by sliding, a recess 12 is formed roughly at the center of the top plate 9 to receive a motor 13, an impeller 15 is disposed on a rotating shaft of the motor 13, and a fan casing 16 is disposed on an inner face inside of the top plate 9, a pressure sensor 29 for controlling constant air volume is mounted in a storage recessed section 30 formed at a corner portion of the top plate 9 while not projecting from a top face of the top plate 9 to the storage recessed section 30, and a part of a pressure detecting pathway connected to the pressure sensor 29 is composed of a pressure detecting cylinder 31 integrally formed at an outer side of the fan casing 16.
