FUNCTION-CONVERTING METHOD OF NAC TRANSCRIPTION FACTOR FAMILY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function-converting method of an NAC transcription factor family in a plant.

SOLUTION: The method for converting the function of the NAC transcription factor family in the plant includes expressing a nucleic acid encoding a deficiency-type transcription factor having the deficiency of the C-terminal region while holding NAC domain in the transcription factor belonging to the NAC transcription family in the plant. The plant in which the function of the NAC transcription family is converted is also provided.
