<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for carrying out an immunological measurement having excellent orientation of solid-phase antibody, high sensitivity and high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The fusion protein 6 has a structure in which a barnacle-derived adhesion protein 7 is bonded to an antibody-specific binding protein 8. When the fusion protein 6 is brought into contact with a carrier 1, the barnacle-derived adhesion protein 7 side is bonded to the surface of the carrier 1. Besides, the antibody-specific binding protein 8 side is made in an open state irrelevant to the carrier 1. When an antibody 2 to become a solid-phase antibody is added to the antibody-specific binding protein side, an Fc region 5 is bonded to the antibody-specific binding protein 8 and an Fab region 3 is oriented uniformly outward. A solid-phase immunological measurement method is carried out by using the solid-phase antibody so that an antibody protein is detected in high sensitivity and in high precision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
