BLACK PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SOLID STATE IMAGE SENSOR AND METHOD OF FORMING IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black photosensitive resin composition for a solid state image sensor in which a small amount of a residue is generated, adhesion to a substrate after being exposed is excellent and a black pattern having an excellent rectangular cross section profile is obtained.

SOLUTION: The black photosensitive resin composition for the solid state image sensor contains at least: a color material for black; a photopolymerization compound; and a photopolymerization initiator wherein the solution rate of a non-exposed region when being developed at 23 °C by using a developer having pH (23 °C) of 8 to 12 containing 0.1 mass% of a tetramethylammonium hydroxide, and a nonionic surfactant is ≥0.005 μm/sec and ≤0.060 μm/sec.
