<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming apparatus capable of residual remaining toner deposited on a toner conveyance path, thereby uniforming the charged amount of toner as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a developer carrier 52Y that carries toner thereon; a toner supply member 53Y that supplies toner to the developer carrier 52Y; a regulation member 54Y that regulates an amount of toner on the developer carrier 52Y; a development chamber 51Y having the developer carrier 52Y, toner supply member 53Y, and regulating member 54Y; a replaceable toner cartridge 56Y that supplies toner to the development chamber 51Y and collects toner from the development chamber 51Y; and a circulation conveyance path that recovers toner to the toner cartridge 56Y from the toner cartridge 56Y again without passing it through the developing chamber 51Y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
