<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a functional sheet which can simultaneously curtail drying time and prevent sheet warpage and the deformation of a structure having a high aspect ratio such as a micro needle. <P>SOLUTION: After casting a raw material liquid 20 into a stamper 10 having a needled recess 12, air with a dry-bulb temperature and relative humidity adjusted is sprayed to dry/solidify the raw material liquid 20. The dry-bulb temperature and relative humidity of the air sprayed on the raw material liquid 20 are adjusted so that the temperature T<SB>p</SB>of the raw material liquid 20 in a constant rate drying period is higher than a gelation temperature T<SB>gel</SB>. In this way, the occurrence of the sheet warpage and the deformation of the micro needle caused by the sheet warpage can be prevented without extremely reducing a drying speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
