<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an autonomous control of an image obtained from a plurality of image sources with a simple configuration, and output information of a high degree of urgency that occurred in an image source other than output images concurrently with the output images. <P>SOLUTION: When an output image selection part 21 selects image data to be output from a plurality of image sources and displays them, an occurrence of emergency information in other image sources is monitored by an emergency information detection part 22. When emergency information occurs, a transmission processing part 23 performs transmission processing and displays image data containing the emergency information by superposing it with the currently displayed image data.
