<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detoxification treatment method for an asbestos-containing material, capable of simultaneously and efficiently executing the detoxification treatment at a low heating temperature of the asbestos-containing material such as asbestos waste, fluoride sludge containing phosphate ions discharged in the manufacture process of a semiconductor material or the like, and a chlorine compound such as chlorine bypass dust discharged from a cement manufacturing process, and a manufacturing method of cement utilizing it. <P>SOLUTION: In the detoxification treatment method for the asbestos-containing material, a calcined cement raw material containing the chlorine compound extracted from the kiln inlet part 2 of a rotary kiln 1 or the rear stage part of a preheater for supplying the calcined cement raw material to the kiln inlet side of the rotary kiln and/or the chlorine bypass dust extracted from the kiln inlet part of the rotary kiln or the rear stage part of the preheater, the fluoride sludge containing the phosphate ions, and the asbestos-containing material are mixed, and the obtained mixture is heated to 600°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
