<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric motor capable of minimizing invalid torques, improving movable ranges, and miniaturizing the whole apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric motor includes a plurality of piezoelectric units 102, 103, and 104, which are installed adjacent to a driven body 105 and spaced apart from each other, to drive the driven body 105, and a magnet 109 for providing pre-pressure to each of a plurality of piezoelectric units 102, 103, and 104 by magnetic attraction of the driven body 105 in a non-contact state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
